Francois K started DJ’ing in the underground clubs of NYC around 1976. His career soon skyrocketed. 20 years later Body&SOUL was founded, playing along with co-resident DJs Joe Claussell and Danny Krivit for a mixed crowd of ecstatic dancers from all over the world. In 2005 he was inducted into the Dance Music Hall of Fame as both a remixer and DJ.
Joaquin "Joe" Claussell was born in Brooklyn to a large and diverse Puerto Rican family with deep musical roots. His passion for collecting vinyl and frequent visits to the record stores soon resulted in a DJ impressive career. In 1996, he joined Francois K and Danny Krivit to play for the legendary “Body & Soul” Sunday afternoon dance party
